1. If I change my logo, will old catalogs update?

Wholestore Catalogs - yes

The new logo is applied to all existing and newly created whole store catalogs.

Custom Catalogs - no

The change is only applied to newly created custom catalogs.


2. If I change my font, will old catalogs update?

Yes. Fonts are updated in both saved and future catalogs.

If you don't see the font you need listed, reach out to support.


3. Can I send notifications to more than one email address?

Currently, only one email address can be added for notifications. You can change this email at any time in Settings → Notifications.


4. Where can I see available plans?

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Features & Pricing. This shows your current plan, features, and upgrade options.


5. How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?

Use Settings → Change Plan to make changes. Options include upgrade or downgrade depending on your subscription level.
