Why should I use the internal key?
The internal key is not visible in the catalog PDF. It’s a behind-the-scenes field you can use to track sections or catalogs for specific purposes, such as campaigns, buyer groups, or testing.
Can I search across both catalogs and sections at once?
No. Search and filter are applied separately within the Catalogs page and the Sections page. Each page has its own search and filter options tailored to its content.
What happens if I don’t use filters?
All items are shown by default. Filters simply narrow the results to help you find what you need faster.
Can I filter by more than one option at a time?
Yes. For example, you can filter sections by Product-type + Assigned status + Last 30 days, or catalogs by Custom Catalogs + This quarter.
Does search look inside product details?
No. Search only matches the catalog or section title and internal key. To filter based on products, you’ll need to open the section directly.
👉 Together, search and filter make it easy to manage a growing library of catalogs and sections without losing track of what you’ve created.
