Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your app’s homepage. It provides a real-time snapshot of your Shopify store, your catalog activity, and shortcuts to manage or create catalogs.
Shopify Store Stats
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see store-level stats pulled directly from Shopify:
Active Products – Total number of products currently active in your store.
Draft Products – Number of products saved as drafts but not published.
Collections – Number of active collections in your store.
👉 Result: This section ensures you always know how many products and collections are available for catalog creation.
Catalog Stats
This section shows your catalog activity inside Unlimited Catalogs:
Catalogs – Number of catalogs created and stored.
Sections – Number of reusable catalog sections created, stored, and assigned to how many catalogs.
Pages Created – Total number of pages generated across all catalogs.
👉 Result: A quick glance at how much catalog content has been produced and stored.
Recent Catalog Activity
The Recent Catalog Activity section displays the most recently created or edited catalogs with details such as
The number of sections and products included in each catalog.
Internal keys for reference.
Timestamps for when the catalog was created and last updated (manually or automated sync).
👉 Available actions per catalog:
Open PDF – View or download the generated catalog.
Copy Link – Copy a shareable link.
Convert & Edit – Convert your whole store catalog into a custom version to edit.
Duplicate – Make a copy of an existing catalog.
Edit – Make changes to custom catalogs
Delete – Permanently remove the catalog.
