Whole Store Catalogs
Automatically include all active products from published collections in your Shopify store.
Fully synced with Shopify — product edits (title, image, price, SKU, variants), removals, state changes, and collection updates (name, rules, assignments) are always reflected automatically.
Best for creating a comprehensive, always up-to-date product catalog.
Editing is locked to preserve full product and collection sync with Shopify.
If you need to make edits, you can use Convert & Edit, which converts the Whole Store Catalog into a Custom Catalog with editable sections. Once converted, the catalog will sync with product edits only (title, image, price, SKU, variants), like other custom catalogs.
Custom Catalogs
Built from reusable sections that you create and assign.
Sections can be:
Collection-based — auto-populated from one or more Shopify collections, ensuring each product is included only once, even if assigned to multiple collections chosen.
Product-based — hand-picked products.
Sync with Shopify applies to product edits only (title, image, price, SKU, variants, and state changes).
Offer full flexibility: add, remove, or rearrange sections; customize header details; hide or replace logos.
Best for buyer-specific, seasonal, or promotional catalogs.
💡 Tip: If you need a catalog of all your products but don’t want the same product shown more than once due to being assigned to multiple collections, create a Collection-based section with all collections selected. This will generate a catalog that includes every product exactly once.
