Catalog Management
From the Recent Catalog Activity list, you can manage existing catalogs with the following actions:
Open PDF – Opens the generated PDF in a new tab.
Copy Link – Copies a shareable link to your clipboard.
Convert & Edit – Convert a whole store catalog into a custom catalog to edit.
Duplicate – Creates an identical copy of the catalog.
A duplicated whole store catalog is not editable in order to preserve the auto-sync with collections and active products.
Duplicating a custom catalog also duplicates each section assigned.
Edit – Make changes to custom catalogs.
Delete – Permanently removes the catalog.
Create Catalogs
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see two options to start building new catalogs:
1. Generate Whole Store Catalog
Creates a PDF catalog of all active products in your Shopify store collections.
The catalog is automatically branded with your current logo and font.
Best for quickly creating a full product catalog to share internally or with customers.
👉 Result: A comprehensive, synced catalog of your store’s active products assigned to collections.
2. Create Custom Catalog
Lets you hand-pick specific products or sections to include.
Useful for buyer- or team-specific catalogs, seasonal promotions, or curated product sets.
Offers greater control over catalog size and focus.
👉 Result: A targeted catalog tailored to your chosen audience or purpose.
