1. What does the Stats section show?

The Stats section shows both Shopify Store stats (Active Products, Draft Products, Active Collections) and Catalog stats (Catalogs created/stored, Sections created/assigned, Pages created).

2. Can I see who made changes in Recent Activity?

No. At this time the app does not log who made catalog changes. Duplicate actions are noted and catalog details such as product count, sections, and timestamps are displayed.

3. Can I edit stats or activity logs?

No. Stats and Recent Activity are automatically generated and cannot be manually changed.

4. How do I access old catalogs?

Use the Recent Catalog Activity section or click View All Catalogs at the bottom of the Dashboard to see your full catalog library.

5. Can I undo a catalog deletion?

No. Once deleted, a catalog cannot be restored. Consider duplicating instead if you want to preserve an earlier version.

6. What’s the difference between a Whole Store Catalog and a Custom Catalog?

  • Whole Store Catalog – Automatically generates a catalog of all active products in your Shopify store collections. Ideal for creating a complete product overview organized in collections.

  • Custom Catalog – Allows you to hand-pick specific products (active or draft) and organize them into customizable section groups, or build custom sections by combining one or more store collections. This option is ideal for creating targeted catalogs such as seasonal, buyer-specific, or promotional catalogs.
